  • What does Thrifted or Pre-Loved mean?
    Thrifted or Pre-loved means that these are second hand clothes, albeit in excellent collection.
  • Where are the clothes from?
    These clothes are from South Korea, US and Europe.
  • Were these clothes washed?
    These clothes are processed by companies before we buy them. But we do get certain pieces dry-cleaned if they have a mark on them. Those dry-cleaned will have the label on them. But we always recommend you getting a piece dry-cleaned or hand-washed before you start using it.
  • Can I return/ exchange a piece after buying it?
    Returns and Exchange is not available. Please understand that since these are Pre-loved pieces hence they do not have a tag on them. So there is no for us to detect if someone wore it once and then wants to return it.
  • Why are certain pieces expensive despite it being Pre-loved?
    We request you to not look at these clothes as second-hand. Instead we want you to think Thrifting as a sustainable consumer behaviour. These pieces are prices based on their quality, exclusiveness and condition. So many pieces are tailor-made and exquisite. Therefore, even we have to pay a higher amount to acquire them. Most of the items are curated so that you get your hands on exclusive yet stylish stuff.
  • Why should we buy something second hand when we can buy it brand new?
    Well, here are a few reason When you buy Pre-loved you're actually being a sustainable customer Fast fashion or Slow Fashion, our natural resources are being used and hence getting depleted With each item you thrift, you're letting the planet breathe easily We have some of the Premium brands that may not otherwise be as affordable So many premium brands are not even available in India When you buy from popular brands they have so many of the same pieces and hence it won't be as exclusive Since we only have 1 piece in each item hence you get the exclusivity Lastly, you'll find some beautiful and exquisite styles that may not be easily available at premium quality in the market
  • What if something doesn't fit me properly?
    We understand that there might be issues with the fitting which is why we measure each item separately and mention it's detailed measurements in the description. We'd recommend you to take a measuring tape (inchi-tape) and measure yourself, then match with the values in the description and accordingly place an order. Alternatively, you can also measure a garment that fits you nicely and match it with the values in the description. We go through a tedious process of measuring each and every product in detail so that our customers don't have to face any inconvenience :)
  • Is Exchange an option?
    Hi Exchange of earrings is not possible. Please place an order only if you like the design.
  • Is Return an option?
    You may return an item but only if it's damaged when you received it. So please make a video of you unboxing the item and clearly show the product in the video for us to verify. The verification process can take upto 2-3 days.
