Shipping Policy
Our shipping days are Tuesdays and Saturdays and the delivery generally takes around 5-6 working days.
To expedite the delivery you may drop us an email with your order number and it's image or send us a DM on our Instagram with the mentioned details.
Return & Exchange Policy
Clothing:
Since these are pre-loved pieces without the tags, we do not have a return/ exchange policy as there is no way for us to find out if someone wore it once after which they want to give it back.
We do a thorough Quality Check - once we receive it, once we are preparing it for a photoshoot and lastly while packing. And, even if there is a defect in an item we take a picture of it and post it along side product pictures for your reference, it's also mentioned in the description below the detailed measurements.
But if there is a defect of which we did not mention and you want to return it/ exchange it then make sure that you have made a unboxing video of the item.
No returns/ exchange will be acknowledged without an unboxing video.
